Security Services Exchange - Core Services will undergo scheduled maintenance on the following date (see below) to deploy important infrastructure changes to simplify operational complexity, enhanced security and to reduce cost.

During this maintenance window. we will deploy important infrastructure changes (NATS/Messaging).

The maintenance window will last for about 60 minutes.


During this maintenance window, the following capabilities will be impacted.

Core Services:
Tenant and Device management API calls will be impacted.
Device communication API calls will be unavailable (API Proxy service).
Customers will not be able to send commands to their devices.

Eventing Service:
Existing devices will be able to continue sending events to the cloud (no impact).
Incident promotion will continue to work (no impact)

Telemetry Service:
No Impact. Existing devices will be able to continue to send telemetry to the cloud.

UI Portal:
SSX UI portal will also be in maintenance mode during this maintenance window.
Customers will be able to login or cross-launch from SecureX but they will not be able to retrieve any tenant or device related data
Tenant linking/Unlinking functionality will not be available for 60 minutes.
